A helpful and professional staff made my stay at Dynasty Hotel enjoyable. They were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities provided. The location was strategic, making it easy to explore the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I overall recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with clean and spacious accommodations that included both a bath tub and a shower. Additionally, the breakfast included was a great value and offered a variety of options to suit different preferences.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Had a pleasant Easter stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The spacious and clean rooms were equipped with standard features like ironing board and closet, and offered a good view of the city. The hotel was strategically located, with easy walking access to the city center's many restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls. The 24-hour café and the large lobby were also a plus.

The breakfast menu could be improved, as some dishes were not very tasty. The toiletries offered were very basic, with guests having to pay extra for toothpaste.

Friendly staff and good amenities. the staff were very welcoming and helped us with all our queries. the room amenities were great, with a mini fridge and coffee amenities. the WiFi was fast and reliable, which helped us keep in touch with our family and friends during the holidays. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas.

Room needs updating. the room we were assigned had some issues that could have been improved, such as scratches on furniture and an old TV.
